Spring fever? Means it’s time for a new notorious lipstick shade. This is what Victor dESouza, Couture designer, and luxury lipstick creator wants you to do and to try one of his new outstanding lipstick shades.
On March 28th In conjunction with COS Bar in Brookfield place Victor held a cocktail celebration with portion of the purchases that night going to support The Couture Council of the Museum of F.I.T. Notable guests included Kate Miller and husband TJ Miller, Christiane Seidel, Kathleen Giordano, Erika Katz, Jean Shafiroff, Leesa Rowland, Jane Peontarelli and Kamie Lightburn all who had a chance to have their makeup done and try on dE Souza’s new line of lipsticks.
I knew of Victor as a Couture designer, with his magnificent fashion collection being modeled that night among the guests and festivities, but his creative eye expands beyond fashion. Victor comes from a fabulous family of creatives. His 2 sisters are makeup artists, and he gets his innovative knowledge from a father who was one of the top chemists in Argentina.

His lipsticks are truly innovation, artistry, and technology. Using a state of the art methodology, his lipsticks have a signature hyla-bubble formulation, giving perfect balance to fashion and formula. Hyaluronic acid is trapped in micro- bubbles and released when lips are pressed together, replenishing moisture and redepositing color to the lip area.
